I was at the Sandy Springs Chamber of Commerce After Hours Networking Event the other day at the Tasting Room  and someone asked me the question “What is going on with the Mortage Industry?”  They said they had heard that the mortgage guidelines were changing.  Now, what does that mean?  It means that changes in the mortgage industry can impact one’s  ability to buy, sell, and refinance a home.  The following video offers a nice description of what is actually going on.
