This is the second year in which I served as chairman of this great Volunteer event.  Please read and join me for a day of service.

The 2008 Volunteer For A Better Sandy Springs Day is fast approaching.  The day
is going to be on April 26, 2008, Saturday, from 8:45AM to 1:30PM. We have 14 volunteer
projects spread throughout Sandy Springs and expect at least 500 people to give
back to the community. 

Volunteers will work from 8:45AM to 12:00PM, and then come to Hammond Park for a
celebration luncheon provided by Arby’s.  Each participant will receive a colorful
t-shirt for their efforts.

VBSS is an ongoing event sponsored by Leadership Sandy Springs.  A grant from the
Community Foundation of North Fulton and a partnership with Hands On Atlanta has
made this progam possible.
