Along with moving our clocks forward one hour, the weather is starting to change for the better. It is time to put on our Running shoes and hit the pavement. For me, this is the favorite time of year to run since it is not too cold nor too hot.

Sandy Springs has some Great Running Routes. Over the years I have ran all over the city while training for the various marathons I have run. Many of you have seen me all over the city and sometimes far from home and probably think that I am a bit crazy. Distance running can do that to you. It has helped my real estate since I have gotten a great view of Sandy Springs from the running perspective. Since I am not moving very fast I often have been able to notice things you do not see while racing by in your car.
