I usually do not make posts that deal with the facts and figures as to how the Atlanta Real Estate market is doing. I am going to do so today with this post. The below link is to the Housing Trends 2007 report that Harry Norman, Realtors publishes each year. This document is considered the gold standard in terms of commenting on the Atlanta real estate market. This document has been downloading over 17,000 times since it came out last month.

An interesting note is that overall in 2007, we saw an appreciation of home values close to 1%. This is incredible considering all the negative press about the market.
