On March 29, 2008, Saturday, hundreds of thousands of people across the world will Turn off their lights between 8 pm and 9 pm. Cities from across the world, including Atlanta, will participate. Some of Atlanta’s most prominent buildings will turn their lights off for an hour. Doing so, will greatly help the environment. If you participate by turning your lights off it is a good time to change your light bulbs to the CFLs which will help conserve energy and money.
