Sometimes it takes a special breed to sell Real Estate even when the market is strong (more so when the market is soft).

Below is a humorous look at the real Estate industry. Alec Baldwin gave this stunning performance in the movie, Glenngarry Glen Ross, when he was motivating some slumping real estate agents. “Coffee is for closers”, “ABC-always be closing”, “It takes brass balls to sell real estate”, and “first Place gets a Cadillac, second place gets a set of steak knives, and third place – you are all fired” are some of my all time favorite movie lines.
