As we get closer to October, Rebecca Dupree is nearing her 3-year mark as a Quality Assurance Coordinator for Trinity. This seasoned Trinity All Star works in our corporate office and is responsible for answering a variety of questions as she helps nurses complete their paperwork and are ready to start their assignment. For Rebecca, no matter how many nurses she starts on their next adventure, helping a nurse get cleared to start their new assignment in a fantastic destination is always an exciting experience. Rebecca loves the teamwork and focus on growth at Trinity, she remembers the day last year where Trinity hit a major milestone in the number of nurses they staffed. She explained, “When I started that was the goal that had been set for a while and it was awesome to be able to see the company grow so fast in a year!” Gabriela Smith, QA Team Leader, shared her thoughts on Rebecca, “She appears to be quiet and reserved on the outside, but Rebecca has an undeniable passion towards what she does! She comes to work every day with the attitude of doing her best regardless of what comes her way. Rebecca’s actions firmly show the company’s motto of ‘Do what you say you’ll do’.”

Get to know Rebecca: Is there a person, character, or quote that has inspired you to “pursue excellence”? “Excellence is the gradual result of always striving to do better.” – Pat Riley What do you appreciate most about working with our nurse travelers? I appreciate their compassion, dedication, and adventurous spirit. Tell us about yourself, your family, pets, and hobbies. What do you enjoy doing? I have a wonderful husband named Will and the most amazing dog named Tuttle. I enjoy hanging out with friends and family and going to the beach or pool. I love watching CLEMSON football and yelling my Tigers on to victory!! If your co-workers had to describe you in one word, what would they say? Critical thinker, hardworking, and dedicated. What brought you to Trinity? My best friend Chelsea Guthrie was working here for a while and knew I was looking for a position. She talked about the great atmosphere and the wonderful people she worked with. What is your favorite part of working with the Trinity Team? There is never a dull moment and they are always willing to help out or lend some encouraging words!
