1.Delivery of Technical support during core hours for managed compute infrastructure devices and systems
2.Planning, Assessment and implementation of change requests
3.Define and embed consistent operational processes to support on-going activities, driving improvements where issues are identified
4.Assist incident resolution teams to Restore service in complex cross-technology environments. Determine root cause
5.Work with external customers to define requirements, solve technical issues and provide professional services
6.SLA % fix
7.Mean Time To Restore (MTTR)
8.Delivery on Time (change assessment and implementations.
Educational Qualification :Professional level qualification/certification i.e., industry recognised program and/or degree-level education
