Responsibilities :
1.Preparing, posting Journal Entries, accruals, other adjustments by maintaining account controls
2.Strong understanding on Payroll Accounting, analysis and reconciliation of related accounts
3.Experience in Apac Payroll Accounting projects will be added advantage
4.Commitment to control, ensuring entry/ information flow has gone through proper internal controls
5.Review, reconcile and substantiate monthly entries to general ledger accounts for various payroll and accrual entries
6.Assist in formulating / automating payroll process to facilitate new operations for the firm
7.Documentation of processes
8.Should be adaptable in handling payroll for Apac Countries including transition from different region
Educational Qualification :Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
Location : Bangalore
Experience : 3-4 years
Requirements :
1.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
2.3-4 years of experience in accounting with strong analytical skills
3.Knowledge of payroll processing
4.Extremely strong in MS suite applications - Excel, PowerPoint and outlook
5.Experience in Oracle R12 interface
6.Experience in handling APAC countries will be an added advantage
