Job Description :
1.Bachelor's Degree with 6-9 years of related experience
2.Fully knowledgeable of processes, procedures and standards of the functional area
3.6+ years of experience in Web Designing
4.Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite.
5.Experience with the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
6.Experience in HTML, XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
7.Ability to work in a fast paced fluid environment against tight timelines.
8.Proficiency with Microsoft office is required and Microsoft Visio knowledge is desired.
9.Candidate should be detail-oriented, technically astute, and possess strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
10.Strong Analytical and Program Management skills are desired, including a detailed Understanding of how to translate customer business needs into functional documents.
11.A solid understanding of credit card Marketing programs is required.
12.Familiarity or experience in operations, direct marketing, and data analysis in a banking or financial institution environment is a plus.

Qualifications :
1.Primary responsibility involves execution of coding HTML emails as well as complex eMarketing Microsite projects and campaigns within the Marketing Service’s Digital Asset Build Team.
2.The successful candidate will have extensive experience with Adobe’s AEM Content Management System and must have excellent web programming and some experience with SEO and analytical reporting. In addition, the candidate will act as a consultant and address operational concerns while make recommendations to streamline existing processes/campaigns.
