1.Performance Management has end-to-end responsibility for Performance Management with key objectives of network performance reporting and analysis
2.Ensures Network Performance data availability
3.Network Performance reporting
4.Network data warehousing
5. Sets KPI definition/threshold/formulae for reporting purposes
6.Sets up data collection schedules & post processing
8.Liaises with Network Planning to agree improvement plans
9.Reporting Tools/Database development
10.Supports Fault management
11.Supports Configuration Management
12.Supports Network Planning & Optimization
13.Tools : VB Macro & Any other tools competence for Automation requirement

Experience : Experienced and freshers

Position Requirements
1.Good knowledge in any two of the following IT skills: Microsoft
2.Access, EXCEL, MACRO, VBA, .NET, MySQL & Oracle
3.Familiar with Internet, HTML Scripting, Knowledge of Excel and Keyboard Shortcuts
4.Strong Problem Analysis, Resolving Skills, Can grasp new things very quickly
5.Self motivated, Goal Oriented, Proactive and able to execute , multi task independently in a team environment
6. Ability to deliver excellent results under pressure
