One Year Diploma in Multimedia & Animation TechnologyMULTIMEDIA & ANIMATION TECHNOLOGY (MAT-O Level Course)
(Free for SC/ST)National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT), a Premier Institute of Department of Electronics & Information Technology, Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Government of India is involved in Human Resource Development for Information, Electronics and Communications Technology (IECT) in the country. NITLIT has launched it's O'level course and is set to launch 'A' Level courses on Multimedia and Animation Technology (MAT) at the National Level. This is in line with NIELIT's objective to develop and implement new schemes of courses in emerging areas as required by the Industry from time to time. Initially, the MAT-'O' level curriculum on Multimedia and Animation Technology will be introduced at selected NIELIT Centres.
The objective of the MAT-O Level course is to acquire the basic knowledge to appreciate the basic Multimedia systems, tools & techniques as well as animation production skills and to acquire the basic skills to implement components of multimedia productions and web designing.
