Mirum Strengthens Its Offering Platforms Through Strategic Growth, Three Key Hires

Global Digital agency Mirum is strengthening its North American Strategy team with three key hires, under the leadership of Chief Strategy Officer Mark Newcomer. Newcomer returned to Mirum in February, leading the development and build out of a unified vision for Mirum’s strategic consulting practice and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the agency.

Newcomer points to Mirum’s recent work to help Mazda USA reach premium car buyers, demonstrating how the agency helps clients define strategies, and design and build digital experiences in order to give visitors a premium experience. The newly redesigned MadzaUSA.com saw a more than 200% improvement in engagement with key site features, and received nearly five million unique visitors within the first two months.

JENNIFER FLECK, Senior Strategist
As a Senior Strategist based in San Diego, Fleck will help clients accomplish their goals by leveraging industry and customer insights, digital tactics and strategic frameworks. A graduate of Columbia College of Art and Design, Fleck previously served as an Integrated Services Manager at Geary LSF. Prior roles included Director of Interactive Strategy at Mindstream Interactive and several strategy positions at Aviatech. Specializing in digital media strategy, user experience, platform strategy and web analytics, Fleck has worked with such brands as Ace Hardware, Bumblebee Tuna, Hallmark, The UPS Store, Massage Envy Spa.

KIMBERLY GOSSARD, Strategist
Gossard, a strategist based in San Diego, will work to solve client problems in branding, marketing and digital business transformation, providing long-term solutions with visible short term results. Prior to joining Mirum, Gossard served as the San Diego American Marketing Association’s Marcom Director and Digital Marketer and Strategist at the Aquarium of the Pacific. As a recent MBA graduate, Gossard is a reflection on Mirum’s desire to tap into graduate programs for its next generation of strategic consulting capabilities.

BEN SOLBERG, Director of Strategy
Solberg joins Mirum as a Senior Director of Strategy, helping guide clients in achieving their digital business goals. Based in Minneapolis, Solberg will help define and steer the agency’s strategic consulting offerings, secure new business and lead Minneapolis-based strategy team members.
