The last two months has been good for HuntShire. We have got 4 Analytics companies as customers. This has solved the problem of reach to candidates and some cash inflow into the company :)

While we look back, the startup ecosystem has had a huge impact in our growth and now is the chance for us to give back. We have decided to offer our services for free to startups in India.

What exactly is HuntShire's offereing?

Every month HuntShire plans to conduct one hunt each for PHP, Java, .Net, ROR and Sales. Startups who are looking to hire 0-4 years experienced candidates for these roles can work with us. All we need is the Job description and your Logo. We would create a hunt marketing page like this and do extensive marketing around it.

How does this work?

With a direct reach to 10K job seekers and indirect reach to over 2lac job seekers, we believe your potential hire is sitting in some MNC or product company and needs to be reached out to.

We have an assessment engine (neither a codechecker not a MCQ) which will help you sort of who is the best candidate amongst the applicants.

Why are we doing this?

In the last four months, we have worked with over 35 startups from across India. Though we have failed to deliver to the bulk of them (only four startups could find hires), we realize that startup job awareness needs a push.
We have spoken to hundreds of candidates from across India - their initial apprehension is that startups do not pay well and is not stable enough. But once the offering is made clear to them, they were more then willing to work for one.

We at HuntShire want to play a positive role in this awareness creation. This we believe is the logical step towards making this ecosystem better.
