Recruitment Consultant: London and South East: £50k OTE   Do you want to earn a basic salary from £18,000 to £28,000 (depending on experience) along with an uncapped commission structure? We are looking for: An experienced Recruitment Consultant or a successful Business Development professional. A fast learner with the ability to quickly develop good knowledge on multitude of industry sectors. Excellent sales, presentation and client service skills. Sales/results-orientated with excellent rapport building abilities. Focus to initiate and develop new and existing client relationships. Persistent attitude and persuasive personality. Your role will also include:   Preparing and presenting sales proposals. Identifying target clients and presenting Goldteam’s unique offerings in order to win new business. Maximising sales opportunities from existing clients and candidates through pro-active account management/client meetings/referrals/TSI techniques. Maximise opportunities to increase network, attend targeted appropriate events, utilise networking sites/tools, social and corporate events.
