A number of Goldteam staff members are currently undertaking CAD training and NVQ’s at present. Goldteam has always been a keen advocate of staff development and as such, has enlisted Olivia Edwards trainer for the CAD to work on the educational development of several members of our team. Olivia described the CAD as: “The CAD Centre is a specialist learning provider in several industrial sectors including ICT, CAD, Business & Administration, Customer Services as well as training in English, Maths and ICT Functional Skills. We offer relevant training in the workplace to enhance the student’s skills in their job role. The qualification is a framework that requires the student to complete not only the NVQ but functional skills in Maths, English and ICT, as well as a technical certificate in their chosen discipline. Zeshan Muhammad, Marta Nowak, Minaaz Parker and Naveed Ahmed Jr are all taking a Business and Administration NVQ training. Tehmina Rehman is taking a Using I.T NVQ training. Once these members of our team have completed their respective courses, we will review the entire experience and determine if we can apply for any further courses allowing the development of our staff.
