Edinburgh-based Apex Hotels has announced the arrival of Scottish celebrity chef Tony Singh at its Grassmarket property later this month.

From 21st March the new restaurant promises to take the best of Tony’s 25 years’ experience to create an eclectic menu of food styles and cultures.

General manager of the Apex Grassmarket, Stuart Douglas, commented: ‘Tony Singh has a fantastic reputation and his loyal foodie followers, locals and hotel residents will find a very different dining offer this year.’
