In the minds of people it would not make sense to keep sending money into DX if there was not benefit to persons using DXG as a currency like they do Paypal.

Because of this persons are hesistant to pay a OA fee when the DX System is not benefitting them in any way.

Am I correct in thinking that the DX System is still coming into play, but is not fully developed yet?
