Clash Tactical Duty Boot by Blauer

The people at Blauer asked me if I would have a look at their Clash Boot product. I gladly accepted the offer.
The first thing that struck me is the lacing on the boot. I had no clue how to put the boot on but once I got dialed in (literally) I found the BOA lacing system to be simple. It is fast to tighten and equally fast to loosen.

This quick lace system is a great match for the first responders. When you have to go from a dead sleep to code 3 traditional boot lacing is wasted time.

The 6″ Clash Boot is extremely light weight. The exterior design is nothing fancy and that works for my style. ?The feel inside is snug enough and somehow allows breathing for the foot. This doesn’t seem possible but that is how it feels.

The BOA lacing system keeps the boot firm on the foot. There is no loosening throughout the day. I love the way the boot holds on footpaths of various surfaces. In my area I go from grass to rocks to sand in a moment. The 6″ Clash Boot passed the walking and slight elevation hiking test test with flying colors. Loose gravel, wet grass and loose sand. It holds the ground well — great traction, as advertised.

I would recommend the Clash Boot by Blauer without question based on comfort, lightweight design and obvious durability. Aside from that it is an attractive design.

Finally, the boot is affordable. You don’t have to break the bank to get a high quality tactical boot with built in luxury technology.
