Description :

Engineering graduate in Mechanical
5+ Years of experience in Design, development and validating new electronics packaging solutions and should have clear understanding of manufacturing/assembly processes
Experience in 3D modeling skills/tools (Solid works or ProE) and Thermal Analysis (FloTherm/Icepack). Ability to run thermal and mechanical simulations and conclude with impact to concepts
Develop Analysis Design and Verification plan for establishing design effectiveness. Creates design failure mode analysis documents as needed
Clear understanding of various material characteristics
Solid understanding of Shock and Vibration standards/requirements and perform the required tests as required
Perform dimensional and tolerance analysis as needed
Demonstrated quality involvement in previous assignments and practices, trained in Six Sigma for internal candidates
Familiarization with engineering change control practices
Must have excellent communications (verbal and written), scheduling, organizational, teamwork, multi-tasking skills and high enthusiasm
Make technical presentations to peers and managers as required concerning the assigned tasks. Effectively engages with customers/stakeholders to identify requirements or constraints on packaging of electronics
Typing skills sufficient to operate a personal computer and knowledgeable with Email, and Microsoft office software.
