Description :

This position involves working in a team of high calibre MEP (Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing) Professionals including 3D Spatial MEP Coordinators, MEP Revit Designers, 3D MEP Modellers working on a variety of International MEP BIM, Revit & CAD Design Development projects for Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail & Institutional Sectors. This is a domain & leadership role for working on international & high profile projects involving the following aspects –

1. Carrying out 2D AutoCAD or 3D Revit MEP Coordination of various Building Services with relevant codes and regulations rules
2. To work with the team and deliver the projects within time, budget and quality that is desired

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
ITI / Technical Diploma with relevant work experience either in HVAC / Electrical / Mech. Pipework Sectors

OTHER SKILLS

1. The team member should have independently worked on 3D Revit MEP / 3D AutoCAD Projects
2. Ability to communicate well in English will be an added advantage
3. Ability to work on Navisworks will be considered a plus.
