Description :

HCL Bserv is hiring BTECH Freshers for multiple projects at its Noida location for technial support voice processes.
Candidates should have Excelent English Communication Skills
Shifts : US Shits (Candidate should be confortable for Night shifts) Working days – 5 days / Rotational week offs.
Make / Receive calls from customers relating to technical support / application support queries
Maintain Client SLAs.
