Description :
- The candidate should be fluent in English, Hindi and Telugu.
- Age: 23 to 28 yrs.
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality and compliance objectives.
- Ensure that training and development programs are properly targeted and complemented within the organization
- Monitoring and verification of processes to ensure high quality standards
- Provide weekly and monthly reports to senior management on performance
- Promote and ensure knowledge of quality requirements.
- Ability to quickly identify and define problems.
- Coordinate the investigation of customer complaints
- Prepare and analyze information for the purposes of the Management Review.
