Description :
- Computer science, software engineering, MIS or equivalent
- Experience in the implementation, analysis and modeling of system data. In-depth knowledge of CRM systems and implementation required, particularly with Salesforce.com and / or Financial Force Business Process Engineering / Re-engineering, Sales, Marketing and / or Customer Service
- Min 5+ years in one of the following: Consulting or customer service
- Min 2+ years of experience as a direct resource on enterprise software deployments
- Less than 2 years experience CRM / PSAapplication
- Advanced animation skills and group presentation
- Ability to establish and maintain direction, including strong time management skills
- Proven ability to manage and oversee complex and fast projects in a growing business
- Advanced external customer management skills and strengthened customer relationships
- Proven client orientation experience, including the ability to foster long-term client relationships
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and strengthened relationships
