A man driving a truck faces charges of drug possession following a traffic stop. A motorcycle officer spotted the semi-trailer in Moorpark, which was displaying a homemade license plate. The plate purported to be from the state of “Califas” a slang term for California.

After stopping the driver, the officer determined that the man was under the influence of narcotics. The officer then arrested the man on suspicion of DUI and narcotics Possession. In addition, the man had no valid driver’s license, but he did have a warrant for his arrest.
