Role :
1.Be the day-to-day people manager for all Mastercard employees that are member of the CE Hub team – Time Management, career development, performance review, skillset improvement, manage work/life balance, and other managerial admin tasks.
2.Follow-up status of ongoing projects with all members of the CE Hub (staff and contingent workers)
3.Discuss and validate projects from all regions and distribute the work based on available capacity, competencies and regional preferences
4.Report status to all regional RTS managers and teams about all projects on a monthly/quarterly basis
5.Manage the relationship with external service providers (Wipro, contractor firms) through SLA management and periodic contract reviews
6.Discuss quarterly forecasts with regional leads and external service provider (Wipro)
7.Review internal processes and suggest improvements
8.Prepare and follow-up of resource planning and budgets
Educational Qualification :Bachelor degree; Master is a plus.

3.Management experience is not required, but it is a plus.
4.Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task (high number of projects running in parallel)
5.Strong working knowledge of Office suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – primarily Excel Advanced
Skills/ Abilities:
1.Solid inter-personal and communication skills – required to manage a cross-cultural team in multiple timezones
2.Excellent command of English (both spoken and written). Any other language is an asset.
3.Proactive, stress resistant, autonomous and flexible
4.Well-developed sense of responsibility and confidentiality
5.Results oriented
6.Team player, high energy level – Part of Global Management team (Infrastructure Services – Operations – O&T)
7.High process analysis skills; Great reporting skills (use of internal databases)
8.Basic project management skills in order to keep an overview of all ongoing projects
9.Work Conditions:
10.Normal working hours in Pune, India with potentially off hours work in order to attending team and/or global meetings.
