- Taking on Local Trainees
We believe that the best way to build a skilled team is to start with local talent. That’s why we actively seek out trainees in our area who are interested in a career in lift engineering – we are actively recruiting in both Central London and North Wales / North West so feel free to send your CV in to [email protected] for consideration (strictly no agencies!).
We offer them the opportunity to learn from our experienced engineers, providing them with hands-on training and mentoring. By taking on trainees, we’re not only investing in our company’s future, but we’re also giving back to our local community by providing valuable career opportunities.

In addition to taking on trainees, we also work closely with local colleges such as Coleg Cambria to ensure that the next generation of lift engineers has the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. We offer apprenticeships and work experience opportunities to students, giving them a taste of what it’s like to work in the lift engineering industry. We also work with local colleges to provide specialist training courses, ensuring that students are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.
