Trainee Lift Engineers

How ACE Lifts Invests in Local Talent

As a Lift maintenance company, we know that our success depends on having a skilled and knowledgeable team of lift engineers. We also know that some of the best engineers we have started their careers with us, as trainees. That’s why we’re committed to investing in local talent by taking on trainees and working with local colleges to provide top-quality training and development opportunities. Here’s how we do it:

  1. Taking on Local Trainees

We believe that the best way to build a skilled team is to start with local talent. That’s why we actively seek out trainees in our area who are interested in a career in lift engineering – we are actively recruiting in both Central London and North Wales / North West so feel free to send your CV in to [email protected] for consideration (strictly no agencies!).

We offer them the opportunity to learn from our experienced engineers, providing them with hands-on training and mentoring. By taking on trainees, we’re not only investing in our company’s future, but we’re also giving back to our local community by providing valuable career opportunities.

  1. Working with Local Colleges

In addition to taking on trainees, we also work closely with local colleges such as Coleg Cambria to ensure that the next generation of lift engineers has the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. We offer apprenticeships and work experience opportunities to students, giving them a taste of what it’s like to work in the lift engineering industry. We also work with local colleges to provide specialist training courses, ensuring that students are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.

  1. Providing Continued Professional Development

Investing in talent doesn’t stop once our trainees have completed their training. We provide continued professional development opportunities to all our lift engineers, ensuring that they stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices. This not only benefits our employees but also ensures that we continue to provide top-quality lift maintenance services to our clients.
