A process engineer from Vietnam hired North America Immigration Law Group (NAILG) to file an I-140 EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) petition on his behalf. Our client is an expert in the field of chemical engineering who has worked tirelessly to develop scalable technologies for producing metal oxide nanowires for catalyst, energy storage, and conversion applications. To convince the USCIS of the national importance of his work, we adopted the line of argument that his research ensures improved air quality affected by sulfur and other pollutants.
