We are looking for self-motivated team player interested in creating excellent customer experience to take the challenge and to successfully fulfill the position of: DISPATCHER Basic duties: Organization, coordination and monitoring of shipments in international and domestic road Transport throughout the entire transport process, (from the moment of the offer to the final delivery). Consolidation, increasing the 'capacity' of trucks and to provide needed transportation capacity Communication with border brokerage agency. On time sending pre-advise on the border. Providing border agency with all necessary licenses and certificates from the clients Daily contact with the carrier and all transport participants for quality monitoring of the agreed transport Active tracking and watching of haulers market. Constantly correction and adjustment of transportation costs. Rightful and on time data entering into all of the relevant Freight systems Updating the existing database of hauliers Desired candidate should have: Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position and minimum 2 years in road transport and logistic Degree from the Faculty of Transport and Traffic engineering or Faculty of Economics will be considered as an advantage Experience in road freight industry Good market knowledge and networking Good communication, negotiation and reasoning skills as well as confident manner Self- driven, proactive, responsible, organised, able to work under pressure Excellent English – reading, writting and speaking PC literate Driver's license B category
