✅ Qualification and Experience:

✔️ Structure Engineer: M.E/ M. Tech. Structure. Minimum 05 years experience and has wide Knowledge of Building structure/ Marine structure. Have knowledge of latest structural software and can individually handle the project.

✔️ Architect: M.Arch / B.Arch. Minimum 03 / 05 years’ experience and has wide Knowledge of Building laws and current GDCR of all authority. Experience of building works and marine works is essential.

✔️ Electrical Engineer: B.E. Engineering Graduate / Diploma (Electrical Engineering). Minimum 03 / 05 years’ experience and has wide Knowledge of Electrical installation works for building. Must have knowledge of preparation of Electrical Estimate.

✔️ Estimate Engineer: B.E. in Civil Engineering. Min 5 years’ experience and has wide Knowledge of Building structure/ Marine structure. Have knowledge of latest structural software and can individually handle the project.

✔️ Site Engineer: B.E (Civil) / Diploma (Civil). Minimum 02 /03 years’ experience has Knowledge of Building construction  work. Experience for construction of Marine work is given preference.
