One-third of all employees in the U.S. are Millennials, making them the largest segment of the U.S. Workforce. By 2020, that number will rise to 50 percent and one-half of all employees. Moreover, millennials have been shown to be extremely valuable employees: hard-working, career-oriented, educated, and skilled.
