It’s crucial that organisations understand that innovation alone is not enough to contribute to their success in industry. They need to be open minded, flexible and, most importantly, willing to change. This change is not exclusive to the integration of additive manufacturing as part of the manufacturing process, but is also vital in the organisational structure.
