Roles & Responsibilities :
- In order of significance, list up to 6-8 of the main tasks performed regularly to fulfill the basic function of the job.
- Each accountability should begin with an action verb (e.g., design, manage, implement, develop, evaluate, administer, and coordinate)
- Answers inbound calls related to Policy benefits, claim status, check status etc. from US based Healthcare
Completes required documentation as per guidelines - Shares Best Practices and process improvement ideas. Conducts refresher trainings / audits to improve the team performance
- Development trainings for self and team member
- Regular attendance is an essential function of the job. Performs other duties as assigned or required
- Provide L1 Voice Support.
- Handling user call validation process, and to ensure the client satisfaction as well as user fulfillment.
- Customer interaction, trouble shooting, queries handling.
- Must have experience in international voice processes
