Job Description:
Creation of requisition in SAP for requirements.
Sourcing profiles from various sourcing channels. (E-channels/placements agencies)
Validating the short listed profiles by talking to the candidates and
screening them on basic parameters like communication skills, educational eligibility, interests and preferences, current availability and salary expectations.
Completing pre interview formalities like conducting aptitude tests, AMCAT (For RBB) whenever applicable.
Scheduling Interviews as per the hiring plan & this includes mass lineup for bulk requirement and specific requirements.
Checking completion of SAP profile of candidate & providing guidance on queries.
Co ordinating with candidate for updating incomplete details in SAP profile.
Sharing Medical declaration & Reference check Questionnaires through SAP with candidate & following up for completion of the same.
Preparing fitment on BestFit with the basic details for de-dupe under the guidance of RSM.
Upload Salary fitment details in SAP post acceptance of soft Offer.
Acknowledgement of SAP details on mail from candidate.
Creation of Master Document for Offer letter processing. Ensure all SAP documents, approvals, exceptions & fitment details are correctly captured & uploaded.
Printing Offer letter post clearance from Offers desk.
Handing over Appointment letter to the selected candidates, personally or through courier.
Follow up with candidates for Date of Joining. Completing Data transfer activity on SAP within three days of sharing Appointment Letter.
