Job Location – Mumbai – CHEMBUR
Experience – 0.6 months to 4 years
Shifts – 24*7

Criteria:
1.Candidate should be a graduate i.e-10+2+3 or 10+3+3 from affiliated university.
2.Candidates should be willing to work in shifts
3.Candidate should have all the set of documents for the company worked-Offer letter, salary slip, Experience letter.

Job Details:

Ensure Technology assets received are in good working order.
Ensure Technology assets are readily available for stock-taking purposes and to assist with the stock-taking.
Ensure that technology assets are readily identifiable and records are kept of unique identifying numbers.
Ensure assets are adequately secured. The level of security required varies for each asset, depending on such factors as asset type, value, attractiveness, location and portability.
On completion of an individuals service with the company, to ensure the return of all company assets to the concerned.
Provide reports to the companys management on asset usage and life cycle
Tracking of all periodic audits and report them on time
Updating the existing trackers without any delay
Manages assets to maximize utilization
Investigates potential obsolescence of assets.
Conducts periodic impairment reviews for intangible assets.
Conducts periodic physical counts of assets.
Works with other team members to identify improvements
Supports Standardization Projects and Operational Excellence.
Actively seek internal / external benchmarking of process performances
Performs reconciliation on annual asset count
End to end knowledge on inter STPI movements
Basic familiarity on disposal of assets.
Good knowledge on Excel and reporting
MIS skills on analysis and managing the records of all technology assets
Timely updating and sharing of reports without any delay
Providing right information on right time by managing the daily records update
Other asset related duties as assigned based on the need basis
Should have worked on IMAC process, IT Asset and Inventory Management. (Mandatory)
Should have worked on Asset Management tools (Preferred)
Exposure on Vendor Co-ordination, Asset Tracking, Deliveries etc.(Mandatory)
Should have knowledge on IT Asset Life Cycle (Mandatory)
Good in Oral & Written communication (Preferred)
Must be Team player with good interpersonal skills (Mandatory)
Must have worked in an ITIL environment. (Preferred)
