Required Skillset:
- Domain expertise Billing and Accounts Receivable
- Should be clear with the basics concepts of Accounting
- Billing, Client / Vendor Management, Handle Voice and Email queries, Reconciliation, Reporting
- Experience in BPO Industry will be preferred
- Customer orientation
- Important : Good Communication skills both oral and written
- Good Analytical Skills
- Advance Excel Knowledge.
- Shift : Willing to work in US Shift (any shift between 6PM-6AM)
