The Chairman, Nigeria Association of Christian Journalists, Oyo State, Lekan Shobo Shobowale has described the Association Vice Chairman, Henry Odeh as dependable and reliable friend.

The Chairman, NACJ stated this at Jogor event center, venue of the 21st International anniversary luncheon and award ceremony where Henry Odeh was also honoured with “Young Media Achievers Award.”

The Chairman who was represented at the by the Director of Protocol and Mobilization, NACJ, Oyo State Prince Tunji Fabode said it was a good thing that Journalist like Odeh was singled out for honour when many have lost confidence in media for many reasons.

He said “Journalists remains the true conscience of the nation even though many pretending to be journalists but are not, only using the platforms to extort and cheat others even their colleagues in the profession.

I commend the organiser for finding our Vice Chairman worthy of honour and we will continue to play our part in making sure all is well in our society and nations as a whole.”

Odeh is Oyo State Governor’s Office and House of Assembly Correspondent as well as the Vice Chairman of Oyo NACJ, whose works exemplifies passion for national development in line with constitutional democracy and good governance.
