3. Keirsey Temperament Sorter

We’ll call this assessment the KTS, which divides people into four temperaments: guardian, idealist, rational, and artisan. It’s a test that consists of 71 questions to measure how you communicate and your typical responses to situations.

This service offers four different tests to find your perfect career and measure your career personality. It’s similar to MBTI in that it measures your interests, skills, and values. MyPlan.com helps you understand what you should look for in a new position and they can match your profile with a job.

While the other assessments are straight-forward enough, Pymetrics actually uses challenging mind games to measure your cognitive and social traits. The results review your strengths and weaknesses that give you an idea of professions you would excel in.
