Best ever month in ISL history:
Last Friday, the entire ISL team celebrated breaking over 10 company records in March, including our best-ever Billing month in Isl History.
Our director Henry said “A fantastic month on all counts, outstanding performances from the office, teams, and all individuals. We kept focused on quality and managed to secure our best ever billing quarter of all time (already!), our highest number of placements in a month to date, we achieved a high standard of 4.5:1 jobs to placement ratio and our best ever billing months by an ISL consultant.”
Best ever billing consultant (month) record:
Alix Trought played a major part in this and has demonstrated some extremely high-quality work, making 14 placements in just two months and achieving the best ever billing month by an ISL consultant. Alix is now the highest billing employee in a month in ISL history. A huge congratulations Alix from everyone at ISL, we’re all super proud of you. A fantastic performance – Employee of the Month two months in a row and already a guaranteed spot on our Ibiza trip in summer!
To celebrate our success in March, we teamed up into 5 teams and headed over to Locked in a Room, Bristol to accept the challenge of escape rooms!

Also due bragging rights this month were the winners of our March Head to Head incentive, where consultants battled it out to deliver the highest quality work. The winners included Tim Sampson, Alix Trought, Emma Metherell, Lois Sterling, Rebeka Mulk, and Milo Johnson! Their reward was a day of Go Karting in Bristol! Here are some shots from the day:

What else have we been up to this month you ask?
Our marketing team attended a course at the Bristol Floating Harbour Studios this week, hosted by Valuable Content to explore Google Anlaytics in more detail. Thank you to Jon Boon from Search Star for delivering the talk and offering us valuable advice and guidance in our own marketing efforts. A lovely day, made even better with sweet bakes from Pinkmans Bakery!
Things to look forward to?
Something we’re all looking forward to seeing is our horse, Perfect Candidate back at the Grand National next week! According to his trainer Fergal O’Brien, he’s had a much smoother preparation process for the race compared to last year, when he was suffering from a poisoned foot. This year things are looking positive and we look forward to seeing our favourite four-legged friend doing us proud!
