The FairFX app will enable you to manage your cards or transfers quickly and with ease when you are on the go, giving you more time to enjoy your holiday. The app is available for IOS and Android and is free. Once downloaded you will need to log in with your regular details and then you can get started. The cards section will enable you to see your balance and mini statement as well as giving you the option to load the card or report it as lost/stolen.

If you select the FairPay button you will be able to send payments to your saved beneficiaries abroad.
Finally you will see an option to contact our customer service team for assistance.

How to load your card on the app:
• Under the cards section of your account you will need to select the card you wish to load and then press ‘Top-Up’
