If you are thinking about listing your Incline Village, NV real estate this spring, this is a hot topic to pay attention to so we decided to recap and add in some of our own advice from the years we have been in the business.

If you are doing it because you think your property is worth the asking price, look at the reasons why you think it is ok to be over priced and then have a good, honest conversation with your Incline Village, NV Realtor and be open to what they have to say. The reality is that it is really hard to put a price on something that holds so much sentimental value. However, the harsh truth is that a home is only worth what buyers are willing to pay for it.
