Strategy: Most positions require a fair amount of work in both capacities, so hedge your bets, and make it clear that you can work both ways.
Sample answer: I really enjoy working with co-workers as we can rely upon one another and work together to meet our goals. But I also don’t mind working alone as it allows me to be solely responsible for the assignment. My current job is a healthy mix of the two.
