Ramki is built on customer relationships, loyalty and repeat business. This only happens if we continually provide a reliable service based on quality and trust. Knowing we have provided excellent customer service and that you have recommended us means so much to us. Without you, we wouldn’t have been able to turn our dream of helping the local community into reality.

My father Suresh and uncle Mahendra began Ramki in 1972, installing the first gas boilers and central Heating Systems into homes. The two brothers worked tirelessly for 30 years, serving the local community, before Ankur and I followed in their footsteps and developed upon the foundations they laid.

50 years on, the business is continually developing to provide better services to our existing customers, whilst creating new relationships within our local area of West Ealing. We are proud to have installed and maintained an impressive 4000+ heating systems across London.

Building on our trusted relationships and drive to give our customer complete peace of mind, we are expanding the business to provide more home maintenance services such as heat pumps, solar, electric and general maintenance. Our aim is to provide a one stop shop for home maintenance and for our customers to choose Ramki when a job needs doing around the home. We also take a lot of pride in our unique Landlords Mate service which makes the lives of landlords easier whilst keeping tenants happy in their rental property.

We are proud of our history and we are very excited about the future. Ramki will continue to stay at the forefront of home technology, continue to ensure staff are up-to-date with the latest training and help our customers understand how they can improve their homes by reducing their carbon footprint and saving on energy bills.

Helping the local community has always been an important value for us. This year we have proudly sponsored Hanwell Football Club, Ealing Trailfinders Colts Cricket and we’ve continued support for our charity Tribe of Lambs. We look forward to continuing this support for local clubs and charities.
