The run lengths for Digital keep on getting bigger and bigger – and the latest mega job was 59,000 meters!
This month we produced a single order for a customer of 6.3 million Labels over 400+ sorts on our Xeikon CX3 Cheetah. The job was complicated with sort quantities varying from 7k – 23k per design, and the lead time tight also as we delivered in just over 2 weeks, the main production challenge being accurately rewinding, finishing and packing such a large and complicated job. The CX3 Printed the job in under 3 days – no problems there!
