Out Now works hard for clients globally - and has done now for 25 years.

The firm finds that great work is its own reward and Out Now says it "is pleased to have enjoyed the opportunity to work with many of the world's leading organizations".

The list, which is supported by The Economist magazine, was open for public nomination and voting.

In acknowledging the recognition, Johnson said he wished to thank the organizers of the Global Diversity List for their initiative:

"Out Now celebrates 25 years of operations in 2016 and the world today is a far different place than the one we started working in back in 1992.  

LGBT people are discovering new respect and opportunities in so many places around the world. But we know too that in many of the countries where we work, there is still much important work to do.

Those letters in that LGBT acronym are entirely about the lives of people’s sons, daughters, aunties, sisters, uncles, parents, friends, work colleagues and more.
