With the implementation of mandatory digital signature, the overall requirement for documents while applying for import export code in India has reduced drastically. This new move has fast-tracked theIEC obtaining procedure. Please find below the new list of documents according to the type of applicant.

Proprietor (attested by Authorized Signatory of the Organization)	PAN Card Copy of Proprietor Photograph Cancelled Cheque with name of firm pre-printed on it. Copy of Business Registration Certificate (Shop Act / ST / VAT / CST) Bank Statement (latest)
Partnership Or Limited Liability Partnership (attested by Authorized Signatory)	PAN Card Copy of firm and signing Partner Photograph of signing Partner Cancelled Cheque with firm’s name pre-printed on it. Copy of Partnership or LLP Deed Copy of Incorporation Certificate in case of LLP* Bank Statement (latest)

At SunBrio, we only require these documents via email. The digital signature token is required via courier, but if you do not have a digital signature, we will prepare one at our end and courier it to you after the IECode is issued.
