Kerala Government to Grant Apartments for the Landless People of the State

Kerala Government to Grant Apartments for the Landless People of the State

India has always been unpredictable when it came to Real Estate and the most of the business that revolves around the property business in the country. But despite the odds of increasing prices for real estate, there have been wise decisions from the government that have succeeded time and again. The recent news comes from the state of Kerala, where the state government is supposedly on the final stage of the project to get apartment and land for landless people in the state. As reported by a senior official, M. Sivasankar, Secretary for the IT department has conveyed through the meet that landless people of the state are supposed to be allotted with homes instead of vacant plots, as confirmed in the first stages of the initiative.

Real Estate in India has been developing at a steady pace over the last few decades and the state of Kerala has not been laid down when considering the amounts of housing reserves are considered. Despite the discrete observations, the government is believed to construct 4.27,032 residential units by the year 2021. This was announced as Mr. Sivasankar was addressing a conference of Real Estate Developers Associations of India for the state of Kerala.

Glimpse of the Master plan for the initiative

There have been highlights that prices on the process for registration process might go down as well in the years to come. For instance, the Real estate Kerala free registration is one of the primary agenda that has won accolades from the members of the association. The better part of the project in Kerala is, however, the effectiveness of these projects in the state of Kerala as compared to the other cities or states in the country, where the projects fail to find the outcome as perceived by the authorities.

But what makes the prepositions vary with the states is, of course, the availability of land in the state of Kerala. So , indeed there needs to be a comprehensive work plan that needs to be formulated if the success has to be effective. Unlike cities, for instance, a Residential property in Mumbai when compared to residential plan in Kerala is vast and the dimensions are completely distinct. The city has expanded into Navi Mumbai that has better solved the major bottleneck of the problems that the city faced. In comparison, Kerala cannot afford a space out of the bloom for the colonized apartments as reflected by the authorities.

In you notice the real estate market, the House for sale in Kerala below 20 lakhs would only have the same features across the apartments anywhere in the state. And in fact, the prices do not vary a lot throughout the state. As with Mumbai, where there were such expansive plans carried out in the last decade, the prices vary a lot within the regions of the city, in more clarified markets, the same kinds of property in southern Mumbai is almost three times the price on an average in the Northern Mumbai. With the responses so far, the prospects seem to be better and conserved to bring in the better for the lives of the landless people in the state of Kerala. As with the reports lands will be taken up by 2017 in the capital district of Thiruvananthapuram, and the plans is believed to be out by December of 2017.
