Pune Smart City, Are you ready to invest?

In all metros that India has, Pune has emerged fastest in last decade. The city which was known for colleges and retirement city have emerged as first choice for multinational companies. Now this city has 1000 of IT and Automobile companies with that it has got many people coming from different states and countries and earning well,  that started the trend of buying their own home and also buying properties as investments. Areas like Koregaon Park and Kalyani Nagar were developed already but we have lots of new property hot-spots in this city. We will name few areas in which people are taking keen interest and buying lots of property:

Baner: Baner is new Koregaon, with its tremendous growth in terms of infrastructure and food joints. It is also declared as first smart city project in Pune Municipal Corporation. If someone has a budget of 60L-95L, this place is gold. Always developing, with good transportation, proximity to Hinjewadi IT Park make it big hit among all sorts of buyers. This place also has good hospitals, good education colleges and showrooms for different needs. There are also few places which run until midnight in Pune. Baner is expanding to Baner Annex which is the other side of Pune-Banglore highway and you will be surprised to the pace on which the work is getting done and people have started moving there since last 2 years.

Balewadi: Balewadi is again chosen for smart city project along with Baner and Aundh. This place used to be a residential place around 2 years back but suddenly it boomed after redefining “Balewadi High Street” which caters to some of the best pubs, McD, Subway and not to forget  Garden restaurants. If you visit this place you will see lot many new construction going on or nearing completion. Another thing which makes it a big hit is proximity of Pune-Banglore Highway (About 1KM) and Balewadi Stadium which hosts Kabaddi Leauge(PKL) and Football League (ISL). It is also closer to Hinjewadi than Baner and slightly less costly then Baner.

Aundh: The third hot-spots according to us would be Aundh for rich culture, native crowd and mix set of people being very old to very young. This place has malls and high rise building. This is little expensive than Baner and Balewadi but totally worth the cost. This is close to city hub of ShivajiNagar also Pune Railway Station and Khadki Railway Station. This place is everyone’s dream place to be

Kharadi/Wagoli: These two areas came into limelight after the setup of big IT Park, EON and World Trade Center. These places are in developing mode and presents lots of buying opportunities for people having average budget, though Kharadi is moving out of an average customer very rapidly. Along with the IT park this place is still developing and you will see lots of construction work going on in this area. It also has an international school which makes it easier for people who are working in IT parks nearby.

There are other developing areas like Punewale and Wakad Annex. We will write about those in next time. ln the meantime if you have any question you can contact propbuying.com. Keep reading for our latest
