Last month, we were pleased to welcome Antonio and his wife Kathy, owner of Momms (Multi-Orient Manpower and Management Services), our long-lasting partner from Manila, Philippines. Perdaman Global Services (PGS) and MOMMS have worked together for over 12 years to provide highly skilled trades people from the Philippines.

The purpose of their visit was to review our business strategy and to plan for the future skill shortages within Australia. There has been many visa changes over the past 18 months and this will impact the selection criteria for the next pool of highly skilled candidates.

MOMMS have a testing facility in Manila which is to Australian standard and provides different types of training and testing for welders, fitters, mechanics, fabricators, tilers, boilermakers, cnc machinists and chefs.

We look forward to strengthening our long-term business relationship with MOMMS and working closely with our clients to service their needs as the labour market tightens.
