To gain additional points to lodge a Skilled Migration Visa application to receive an invitation, we recommend the following actions:

1. Prepare and study to obtain the Superior English or PTE score to be awarded 20 points. This is the maximum amount of points you can score for English language competency.
2.  Study in Australia for a period of 2 years.  You will be awarded 5 additional points.
3. Choose a State where your occupation is on the States sponsorship list. You need to be aware that occupations are often updated and some can be removed. You will be awarded 5 additional points.
4. Sit a NAATI exam for a community language. You will be awarded 5 additional points.
